Airfryer Tandoori Chicken Skewers & Rice

Serves 3 (587 cals a serving including rice and flatbread). Beyond simple Tandoori Chicken Skewers with a mint yogurt and flatbread.

Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 heaped tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 1 tbsp garlic purée
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 juice lemon
  • 1 tsp red food colouring
  • 1.5 tbsp fat free yogurt
  • 2 juice limes
  • freshly chopped mint
  • Rotis, Chipatis or flatbreads
  • Pilau rice
