Sticky Glazed Ginger Chicken Meatballs

These gluten, dairy, and egg-free glazed ginger chicken meatballs are an easy and delicious option for a weeknight dinner. Baked on a sheet pan and tossed in a sweet and subtly spicy glaze, they come together quickly and will leave you wishing you had doubled the batch.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup green onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 0.5 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • as needed prepared rice
  • as needed steamed or roasted broccoli
  • as needed sesame seeds
