Scissor cut pasta hack

I’ve seen this technique for noodles but never for pasta?? Fresh pasta for all everyday of the week x. I know there is pasta on my face I’m not reshooting for that lol. Note this is for one portion so cutting straight into the water is fine. But if you are making more then cut them onto a floured board and boil at the same time!


  • 100 g plain flour (or 00 flour)
  • 1 egg
  • pinch salt
