All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, email aromaeofficial@hotmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded according to availability and applicable UAE consumer law.
